If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team on 604-417-1967 (Mon-Fri 8am – 7pm).
You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, Whimsical Walls will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 30% restocking fee, and return freight.

Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email us.
Upon acceptance of your return request, a return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include, within the return packaging, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days, via the shipper of your choice, to the following address:

Once we have received your merchandise in unopened condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number, and are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return shipping fee.
Please note we do not accept returns on samples.
